How to Get a Ram Card

Students: All currently enrolled students of West Chester University are required to obtain a Ram Card.

First Year/Transfer Undergrads: If you registered for Orientation, the cost of your Ram Card will most likely be included in your New Student Fee. You are required to upload a photo and proof of identification for your Ram Card. LEARN MORE about uploading your Ram Card photo here: About Uploading Your Photo.
Grad Students: Grad students must also upload a photo and proof of identification. Click on the link above for more information. Grad students are not billed for their Ram Cards, and must pay for them in person, or online. Faculty/Staff: All Faculty/Staff must obtain a Ram Card. Employees will need to visit the Ram Card Center in the Sykes Student Union to obtain a Ram Card. Your initial Ram Card will usually be paid for by your department. Any lost Ram Cards will need to be replaced at the employee's expense.

Graduate Student Ram Card: $25.00
Replacement Student/Grad Student Ram Card: $25.00
Replacement Faculty/Staff Ram Card: $25.00
Change of Photo/Name: $25.00 (Certain preferred name policies may apply. See WCU Guidelines on Preferred Names)
Nursing Clinical ID Badge: $15.00
Credit/Debit Card Processing Fee: $2.00
